At Conceited Avenue, we are committed to providing you with quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the unique nature of our boutique and the exclusivity of many of our items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason except in the case of a defective or incorrect item, which is determined at the sole discretion of Conceited Avenue. 

Before making a purchase, we encourage you to thoroughly review the product details, sizing information, and any available customer reviews to ensure that the item meets your expectations. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to reach out to our customer support team before completing your purchase.

In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 5 days of receiving your order. After 7 days the window for any exchanges will be closed. We will promptly address the issue and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

We understand there may be exceptional circumstances and disputes. In the event of a dispute. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Disputes, claims, any and all requests after purchase must be made within 7 days of delivery date. After 7days the window for resolution will be closed.

We will review the details of the customer request and at the companies sole discretion, make a decision if request is considered an exceptional circumstance. If your return is accepted,  the customer will be responsible for shipping fees and all costs to return the item and all costs to receive the new item in which exchange was made. Seller will not refund or provide payment assistance with returning any items whatsoever, this includes shipping and handling fees. Seller will not provide any Return Shipping Labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving approval from company will NOT be accepted. Company will not pay to return the unapproved return to customer. 

Shipping

Conceited Avenue will not honor any requests for shipping refunds. All shipping cost are Final. If actual shipping costs are lower than fee charged at checkout the shipping fees remain FINAL. Our shipping fees are general fees that are for both Shipping and Handling of the order, therefore shipping fees may be higher or  lower than what is charged at checkout.

Restocking Fee 

There will be a 10% Restocking Fee. The customer will be deducted 10% of the item(s) original price before any sale, promotion or discount code was applied. This fee is based on the original cost of the item, NOT based on any sale or promotional price at time of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 7 days the window for resolution will be closed.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

**Intimate Apparel Return Policy: Hygiene & Health**

At Conceited Avenue, we prioritize the health and well-being of our customers. Due to hygiene and disease prevention reasons, intimate apparel items (such as lingerie, swimsuits, underwear, pasties, anything made of or constructed with any mesh, PVC, silicone, lace, nylon or sheer), although material description may not always be provided in the product details, these textiles and fabrics cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. Items exclusive to Conceited Avenue and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, any items in the Candy Collection, any handmade or hand sewn items, Icon Jackets, and any items in the Icon(ic) Collection), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, hair, extensions, wigs, eyelashes, and makeup). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We want to ensure that every product you receive is brand new, untouched, and of the highest quality.

Before making a purchase, we encourage you to carefully review the product description, size chart, and any customer reviews available to make an informed decision. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of your order being delivered. Delivery date will be determined by confirmed delivery from carrier.  We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Under no circumstances can sale items be returned or refunded. ALL RETURN ITEMS ARE AS IS AND FINAL SALE.


Approved Returns/Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We can not hold the requested item foe exchange. We will confirm if item is available and in stock at time of request. However, item may no longer be available when the return item has been received. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, we will recheck size and availability on that same item. If the item is no longer available the customer can choose any item of equal or lesser value in exchange for the returned item(s). 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@conceitedavenue.com.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to request for an exchange within 14 days, upholding the above refund, return and exchange conditions. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
